My  process  of  refurbishing  diamond  cut  alloy  wheels  is  the  only  real  way  to  do  it.  I myself  have  invested  in  the  latest  CNC  lathe  from  Denmark,  A  machine  which   is  truly  market  leading  technology.  The  lathe  can  re-cut  the  face  of  the  wheel  and  remove  any  damage,  unlike  many  companies  who  just  repair  patches  of  the  alloy  or  polish  out  the  damage.  This  CNC  Machine  keeps  the  OEM  factory  finish  of  the  wheel

The  van  is  fitted  with  a  sealed  alloy  wheel  spray  booth  to  ensure  that  the  finish  of  the  alloy  is  not  tarnished  with  dust  and  debris.  Refurbishing  alloy  wheels  takes  time  and  precision craftsmanship.  We  remove  the  bead  of  the  tyre  from  the  alloy  so  we  can  repair  damage  and  imperfections  from  the  face  of  the  wheel  and  behind  the  lip.  This  also  ensures  there  is  no  risk  of  damage  when  refitting  the  tyre.  The  next  step  is  spraying  the  wheel  with  2x  layers  of  primer,  3x  layers  of  base  coat  and  2x  layers  of  clear.  With  sanding  in  between  stages  to  ensure  the  finished  product is perfect.
